01 Raw Material Inspection

Each batch of materials undergoes composition, hardness, and mechanical property testing; any substandard materials are returned.
02 Processing Process Control

CNC machining is monitored in real-time via a network; critical dimensions are inspected using a coordinate measuring machine.
03 Heat Treatment Monitoring

Each batch of products undergoes hardness and metallographic structure testing to ensure wear resistance meets standards.
04 Final Inspection Of Finished Products

100% inspection of dimensions, appearance, and assembly performance is conducted; only qualified products are packaged.
05 Sample Retention For Shipment

Samples and test reports for each batch are retained and archived for 3 years to ensure after-sales traceability.

Standard in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours; OEM custom orders take an average of 10-15 days to deliver.

A:

Yes, OEM orders will have your logo, part number, and QR code laser engraved free of charge. Packaging can also be customized.
